Hi, I’m Megan Powers
I am a mental health and spiritual counselor, guided by both professional training and a life rooted in nature, self-inquiry, and deep listening.
Much of what informs my work has come not only from formal education, but from learning to listen to the land, to the body, and to the quiet wisdom that emerges in stillness.
Nature has been one of my greatest teachers, continually offering grounding, perspective, and a reminder of the intelligence woven into all life.
From a young age, I felt a calling to support others in reconnecting with the depth and aliveness of life. Not something to be created—but something to be remembered.
In a culture that often pulls us away from presence, intuition, and connection, my work is devoted to guiding people back home to themselves.
I support individuals in developing a deeper relationship with their inner world while also reconnecting with the living world around them.
My intention is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore your own depth, awareness, and capacity for presence.
Credentials & Background
My path into this work has unfolded through both lived experience and professional training.
Over 13 years as a licensed mental health counselor
6+ years facilitating women’s groups and retreats
Faculty member at the Gestalt Equine Institute of the Rockies
Masters level Training through Naropa University
Ongoing practice in mindfulness, meditation, and contemplative traditions
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in the service industry, where I connected with people from all walks of life. These experiences deepened my respect for the resilience and shared humanity in us all.
Together, these paths shape how I hold space: with presence, curiosity, humility, and care.
It is an honor to walk alongside others as they reconnect with meaning, clarity, and the aliveness that has always been within them.
